Because our laundry room is omn the second floor, he convinced us not to purchase the front load models. The banter between Kevin adn his employees was refreshing to see. When the crew came to deliver, they were exactly on time. As a matter of fact, it was I who was about 10 minutes late. I purchased a microwave from LPTV in April 2010. I was very pleased with the price and the service. In June 2011, I purchased a refrigerator and range from LPTV. Once again, the price was great, and the sales staff was very knowledgable. The delivery crew, Scott and Wayne were OUTSTANDING. They covered my floors with cardboard to prevent damaging them, they removed the doors from the refrigerators to prevent harming the doors and the doorways. They were very courteous, pleasant, and took the extra time to explain the appliances to me. You don't get this excellent quality of service - from sales to delivery, from a big box store.
